ZEKS Genesis™ Heated Purge Desiccant Air Dryers

To efficiently regenerate desiccant, dried air is automatically drawn from the system and is allowed to expand to atmospheric pressure.

This air is then passed through the external heater and into the tower to be regenerated in a direction counter to the direction of adsorption.

Due to the low vapor pressure of the dried, heated purge flow, desiccant is efficiently regenerated at a relatively low temperature, increasing desiccant life and maintaining constant dew point throughout the drying cycle.
