For maximum desiccant reactivation efficiency, the blower purge heat reactivated dryer is unsurpassed. Because this air dryer uses atmospheric air, which is heated and blown into the desiccant tower that is being regenerated, there is no fluctuation in air flow.
Operating independently from system pressure or flow allows blower purge heat reactivated air dryers to operate at full design capacity. And since reactivation is not dependent on system pressure or flow, the dryer will maintain specified dew points from 0 to 100% design capacity.
